responsible for the ideas, wording, interests, hobbies or the backgrounds of these 
individuals.

age, gender, sexual orientation, gender orientation, ethnicity, culture, or religion.

We rely on advertisting to be able to provide you with free home pages and our 
other services. 

PAGE CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 

1) No Adult, Warez, or Password Trading. Meaning: No Pornographic Images of any 
kind or links to any adult sites advertisments or html links. No pirated software links, 
or uploaded pirated software; you may not link to warez sites either. No Password  trading 
sites or posting sites of any kind. If you wish to have one of the above please do not create 
them on our site. 

2) Each person can create as many sites as he wishes. But please note, you only have 2 
weeks to create your site but you can update it as much or as little as you like. 

3) No file should has size greater than 200K. You can not put advertisting banner in your 
pages. 

4) If you post clipart or banners on your site make sure they are not copyrighted 
images. Don't steal a company logo and post it as yours. This is illegal and we 
will close your site down.

Terms of Service 

Members are soley responsible for all content found within their own personal 
web sites. LXCNET.COM can not verify that all centent found within is legal. 
Members can and will be held legally liable for all the content found within their 
sites. Examples are: Copyrighted Material, Trademarks, etc. You must have permission 
from the owner/author before posting such content. 

The member agrees not to hold LXCNET.COM responsible for 
any loss, liablility, claim, damage, and expenses (Including all attorney and court 
fees) arising from complaints concerning the content found within their personal web 
site. LXCNET.COM can & will release all information upon request to any and 
all liablility claims. 

If, by chance, LXCNET.COM gets a complaint that a personal webpage has 
unlawful content on their site, then LXCNET.COM can delete that site without 
warning. In most cases we will take steps to correct this problem. 

If copyrighted material is found such as pirated software or information that 
circumvents the manufaturers copyright program including serial 
numbers, codes, software, passwords, cracking utilties, hacking programs, or 
illegal credit card programs then LXCNET.COM will delete the website from 
our accounts.
